"over the actions of the Head of the Adjara Department of the MoI Valerian
Telia, who has physically and verbally insulted GYLA employees" – says GYLA's
statement.GYLA demands timely, impartial and effective
investigation, as well as to impose respective official responsibility on
Valerian Telia.
