Samegrelo. "Transparency International - Georgia" has released video depicting the everyday problems of IDPs residing in the former district hospital located in Zugdidi. According to the organization, water is supplied to up to 50 families with limitations, and part of them does not have electricity. There are grave sanitary conditions in the hospital's yard. Up to 20 persons have special needs: some have mental disorders, while others suffer from disabilities.
