Samegrelo. A citizen Badri Pachkoria has won a trial with the help of  ''Transparency International – Georgia''.

The Zugdidi District Court invalidated the August 8, 2017 resolution of the Land Recognition Commission, according to which resolution Badri Pachkoria was refused to get the plot of land, possessed by him, recognized as his property.
