Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) responds to prohibition of placement of a tent for Malkhaz Machalikashvili in front of the Parliament.
“EMC considers that prohibition of placement of a tent for Malkhaz Machalikashvili in front of the Parliament without alternative is an infringement of freedom of assembly and contradicts legislation of Georgia”, - is stated on the website of the organization.
