Study – ''Right of IDPs to Due Accommodation''
Tbilisi. The Georgian
Young Lawyers’ Association has presented the study - "Right of IDPs to Due
Accommodation”. The study aims to analyze legal mechanisms, based on which the
state is obligated to secure the right of the IDPs to due accommodation. The
report demonstrates the effectiveness of these mechanisms and examines the
national court practice covering the trends of the right to accommodation.
