“Partnership for Human Rights (PHR) considers that in the circumstances when the indicator of committing violent crime against LGBTQ+ on discriminatory grounds in Georgia is alarmingly high, ineffective response of the government to such cases creates a sense of impunity for hate-motivated crimes and encourages people or groups acting against human rights”, - is stated on the website of the organization.
