EMC files a lawsuit in the Constitutional Court in regard to the right to strike
Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) has filed a lawsuit in the Constitutional Court. EMC considers unconstitutional those legal norms, which determine boundaries of the right to strike, on the one hand, as well as grounds and procedures for its restriction, on the other hand.
