Unlawfully dismissed person from work will get compensated for loss
Imereti. Since 2016, GYLA has been defending a person dismissed from a health and social protection service of the City Hall of Tskaltubo municipality. He was disputing his unlawful dismissal from work for political reasons. On October 25, 2019, the parties came to the agreement. According to terms of the agreement, the beneficiary of GYLA will receive GEL 20,000 as a labor compensation for the forcibly missed period.
