Constitutional Court will examine procedural malfunction of the Code of Administrative Offenses

Adjara. The Constitutional Court of Georgia has accepted a constitutional lawsuit of Zurab Girchi Japaridze to essentially review its part related to constitutionality of Article 266 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Georgia.

Positive response of the court to the lawsuit will allow to substantially revise the Code of Administrative Offenses adopted in 1984. The case is carried out by the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association with the support of USAID / PROLoG.
