Better Commercial Law and Legal Practice in Georgia
The National Bureau of Enforcement with the cooperation of the project “Better Commercial Law and Legal Practice in Georgia” – co-financed by the European Union and German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), continues trainings of state bailiffs for the activities of private bailiff.
With the support of the project, a training module was created, 9 local trainers were trained and certified and a relevant text-book was developed.
