Tbilisi. On March 10, the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), conducted presentation of a report on the first systemic study, which reflects work environment, career development and professional advancement in terms of gender equality in civil sector.
“Data of the quantitative and qualitative study confirm that ways passed by women and men managers in civil service are different, and these differences are reflected through various cultural practices that reveal gender inequality in civil service”, - is stated on the website of the organization.
