Unsubstantiated demand of Director of Adjara Public Broadcaster in regard to termination of mediation should not be satisfied
Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) calls on the Minister of Labor to not satisfy unsubstantiated demand of Director of Adjara Public Broadcaster in regard to termination of mediation.
“We consider that the demand of Director of the broadcaster in regard to termination of mediation is groundless and represents an attempt to bypass the labor law”, - is stated on the website of the organization.
