EMC calls on the Labor Inspectorate to conduct an immediate inspection of “Spar”
Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) considers that the decision of “Spar” to leave employees at work throughout all night poses a significant threat to the right to decent work.
“According to our information, there are no proper conditions for overnight stay in stores of “Spar” and employees often have to spend the night in places allocated for warehouses. That is why EMC demands an immediate inspection of “Spar””.
