Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA) still continues to provide legal assistance to those affected by the June 13 disaster and defends their rights in court.
“On the example of cases under proceeding of GYLA, there have been revealed shortcomings in work of state agencies before, during and after the disaster, besides, it has been found that actions of state agencies were untimely and ineffective”, -is stated on the website of the organization.
