Professional Guidance and Career Planning CV Training
Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) held Professional Guidance and Career Planning CV Training for the IDPs and conflict-affected youth residing in Shida Kartli and Samegrelo regions.
In total 323 people attended the “CV Training”. The participants learned CV and cover letter writing tools. In addition, they were informed about employer communication stages and effective job interview techniques. The gained knowledge will help them in better demonstration of their abilities, attracting the employers’ interest, and taking the first step towards creating a successful career.
