Mentoring for Women’s Empowerment
Tbilisi. Mentoring for Women’s Empowerment – UN Women hosted a workshop with the aim to increase understanding of HR professionals from the Women’s Empowerment Principles signatory companies on how to establish workplace mentoring programmes.
Workshop participants gained practical skills on how to develop and roll out mentoring programmes for women’s empowerment in the future.
