Opinions on the state of execution of Strasbourg Court cases have been submitted to Committee of Ministers
Tbilisi. On October 19 and 20, the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA) submitted written opinions to the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. The document contained an evaluation of the state of execution of several decisions and rulings made by the European Court of Human Rights against Georgia.
