“The document contains a review of visions and strategies of parties in regard to reforms to be carried out in the judiciary system, solution of problems that exist at law enforcement agencies, reformation of the State Security Service and drug policy issues. The common challenge is deficit of ideas consolidated by argumentative, realistic and specific plans on listed issues”, - is stated in the document.
