EMC calls on MIA to stop fining homeless people living on the streets during curfew

Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) responds to the fact of fining Mamuka Diakonidze, a homeless man, by the patrol police on November 10, during curfew.

The organization calls on the Ministry to stop applying repressive measures against homeless groups living on the streets and instead take all measures to engage social and municipal services in order to provide them with shelter.
