Special portal on elderly issues starts working for the first time in Georgia
Tbilisi. “Senior Generation Portal” - a special website with the name is going to start functioning on February 1. Taoba.org.ge covers all important issues that are of interest to the elderly.
A page “Taoba - Home for the Elderly” has already been created on Facebook, a social network, where the population of retirement age will be able to access a variety of information they are interested in. Information will be available in text, audio, and video formats, besides, there will be a possibility to ask questions and receive answers.
The first web portal for senior generation citizens in Georgia has been created with the funding of the Center for Training and Consultancy as well as with the support of Bread for the World.
