Challenges of Whistleblowing in Georgia – Legislation and Practice
Tbilisi. On March 4, 2021, IDFI presented the study “Challenges of Whistleblowing in Georgia – Legislation and Practice”.
The aim of the research is to determine the reason for the low number of cases of whistleblowing in Georgian public institutions, to identify gaps, and to elaborate specific recommendations for their elimination through the analysis of the legislation and study of the practice.
