Tbilisi. The Georgian Care Platform was presented on April 25. The Platform was founded in the beginning of April by the four thematic organizations - the Georgian Harm Reduction Network, Caritas Georgia, the Georgian Mental Health Coalition and the Georgian Homecare Coalition.
