Tbilisi. GYLA is observing the development of by-elections in the 3 election
districts. According to the information at the organization's disposal,
"the polling process was mainly unfolding in a quiet environment, and the
large-scale violations of the Election Code were missing," says the
statement, which in addition focuses on procedural violations that the
organization's observers have reported about during the voting procedures.
