Intended changes in legislation on construction carry risks of criminalization of homelessness
Tbilisi. Social Justice Center (formerly EMC) responds to a package of intended changes in legislation on construction initiated at the Parliament of Georgia.
The organization considers that it creates direct risks of criminalization of homelessness and is unequivocally contrary to international standards of human rights.
