Appraisal of police measures during the Namakhvani protest
Tbilisi. Social Justice Center (formerly EMC) has presented a document appraising police measures applied during protest rallies carried out against construction of the Namakhvani HPP.
The document analyzes how lawful and proportional police coercion measures used by the state were during protests.
