NGOs about Amendments to be Made to the Criminal Procedure Code
Tbilisi. The Parliament of Georgia is debating
the draft Law initiated by the Government concerning the amendments to the
Criminal Procedure Code. Draft Law concerns significant changes that will
substantially affect the criminal proceedings and justice. CSOs address the
Parliament of Georgia to use all means at its disposal "not to deteriorate
the initiated version of the draft Law and to work on its improvement."
