Strasbourg Court accepted one more complaint related to June 20-21, 2019 developments
Tbilisi. The European Court of Human Rights accepted one more lawsuit submitted by the Human Rights Center, which is related to June 20-21, 2019 developments.
The case named Berikashvili vs Georgia has already been registered by the court. A citizen affected at the demonstration raided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs demands acknowledgment of violation of Articles 3, 10, 11, and 13 of the European Convention.
