Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA) publishes a study: “The right of disabled children to education during COVID-19”.
“The document aims to:
assess access of children with special educational needs to the right to education and its effectiveness;
identify existing challenges on the basis of analysis of the legislation of the country and international acts;
overview steps taken by the state to materialize the right to education in the conditions of the pandemic”.
