Sexual harassment in public spaces
Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA) publishes a study on “Sexual harassment in public spaces”.
“Based on requested public information, GYLA studied the frequency of detection of cases of sexual harassment in public spaces, substantiation of decisions made by common courts, as well as the issue of imposing respective responsibility for facts of sexual harassment”.
