''Public Monitoring for the Transparency of Self-Government''
Tbilisi. The Caucasian Economic
and Social Research Institute implements the project "Public monitoring
for the transparency of self-government". The project aims to share the
experience of monitoring with the NGO and media organizations operating in the
self-government cities of western Georgia and thus to promote the efficiency of
monitoring of the self-government activities in the regions. Project locations
are the self-governing cities: Batumi, Poti and Kutaisi. Project duration is 9
months and it is implemented with the financial support of the National
Endowment for Democracy (NED).
