Tbilisi. The Civil Society Institute has launched
a new program for the CSOs – Results-Oriented Project Management.The
program aims to enhance the CSO capacity in project planning, monitoring and
evaluation. Participants will have an opportunity to master the
results-oriented project management instruments and methodology, deepen
theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills, which will significantly
assist them in the process of effective project planning and implementation.Five
pilot CSOs were selected as part of the program: Young Scientists' Club
(Ozurgeti), Entrepreneur Women's Fund (Kutaisi), Stepantsminda (Stepantsminda),
the Caucasian Institute for Economic and Social Research (CIESR, Tbilisi), and
the Innovations and Reforms Center (IRS, Tbilisi).At the
initial stage, an individual basic training course in results-oriented project
management fit to the organization's needs is delivered to each organization
locally. Afterwards, the experts of CSI will provide a cycle of intense
consultations and training to each organization, which will contribute to
qualified training of the employees of participant CSOs.The
program is implemented by the Civil Society Institute, under the guidance of
invited international expert. Financial support is provided by the "Bread for the World", as part of the project "Improving the
Environment and Enhancing the Efficiency of CSOs".
