Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation

Tbilisi. The Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was executed on May 21 between the organization CiDA and the National Probation Agency. The Memorandum aims to rehabilitate and re-socialize the offender minors residing in the KvemoKartli and Samtskhe-Javakheti Regions.
