CSB’s Gender Equality Strategy and AP aim to strengthen gender responsive public employment systems to enable women’s full and effective participation and leadership in public service. The documents are aligned with recommendations of the participatory gender audit (PGA) conducted by CSB with UN Women’s support in 2020.
The initiative is carried out within the framework of the “Good Governance for Gender Equality in Georgia” (GG4GEG) project generously funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.
