According to the EUvsDiSinfo, Russia’s deliberate attacks on civilians in Ukraine are accompanied by disinformation campaigns.
One of the Kremlin’s lies tell that Kamikadze drones targeted non-residential areas only. In fact, Russia deliberately targets civilians. At least 4 people were killed in a drone attack on Kyiv. Among targets – a 120-year-old apartment building in the city center.
