Another success story of TI Georgia
Tbilisi. Transparency International Georgia won another case.
“The Kakhadze family, eco migrants living in jvariketi, khulo, had their application for compensation denied by the agency after their home was destroyed by a landslide.
TI Georgia’s lawyers challenged this decision in courts, ultimately resulting in the agency agreeing to reconsider the Kakhadze family’s compensation application”.
