Tbilisi. According to the data of the United Nations Women's Fund in Georgia only 31% of public servants are women (including Ministry of Internal Affairs).
“It is noteworthy that women’s representation on decision-making level is much lower compared to men. Gender disparity is evident within Rank I managerial positions as well as within heads and deputy heads of public entities”.
