Public Lecture on Local Self-Government and Citizen Participation
Samegrelo. As part of the coalition project – "Citizen Participation for Democratic Self-Government", a public lecture was delivered in the Zugdidi Teaching University. The key issues of local self-government and citizen participation were discussed at the lecture.
