Tbilisi. The Memorandum of Understanding was executed between the civil society organizations, the Central Election Commission and the Inter-Agency Commission functioning with the Security Council. By signing the Memorandum the signatories agree to be guided by the interpretations stipulated in the Memorandum during the administrative and judicial proceedings.

The Memorandum is signed by the heads of 7 civil society organizations: "Transparency International – Georgia”, "Research Center for Elections and Political Technologies”, "Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association”, "International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy”, "Civil Society and Democracy Development Center”, "International Center of Civic Culture” and "New Generation – New Initiative”.
