Tbilisi. "Helping Hand" and the volunteers of US Peace Corps have developed the manual on "Recruitment and Management of Volunteers", which aims to assist the organizations in the process of attracting, recruiting, training and managing the volunteers.

The manual consists of three parts. Part I covers the recruitment of volunteers and the levels of their motivation. Part II discusses the development of recruitment strategy of volunteers, while Part III describes the effective management of volunteers with different age, knowledge and experience.
