KvemoKartli. Second training of the club "Skills for Professional Success" was delivered on October 20 in SIQA's office. Training participants have discussed significant factors for carrying out effective communication - active listening and attention, important features of non-conflict communication - assertion, roles throughout communication, etc. The meeting turned out to be rather interactive.
