Samtskhe-Javakheti. Under the aegis of the "Georgian Young Constitutionalists' Association", meetings were held in Akhaltsikhe on October 23-24 as part of the project "Youth for Constitutional Changes". University students and schoolchildren who have attended the meetings have listened to the lecture course on the history of development of constitutionalism in Georgia, division of powers, governance models, local self-government system, country's territorial-administrative organization and other important topics. Notably, after the presentation youngsters have actively involved in an open discussion and expressed many interesting positions. Further, participants have expressed the desire to hold such meetings regularly. Each project participant was awarded with the constitution.
