Tbilisi. The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center has released a new blog post on the significance of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its implementation mechanisms.

The Convention "is a vital guarantee of protection of rights of persons with disabilities, an effective tool for their capabilities and full integration, which points out to Georgia the importance and inevitability of its timely ratification", the blog post states.
