Tbilisi. Transparency International Georgia released a blog post - "Should thegovernment continue building the Tbilisi Bypass Project?”. "Ultimately, millions of tonnes of oil and other hydrocarbons are transported past Tbilisi residents’ homes and schools on a daily basis, TI Georgia believes that to guarantee their safety a solution should be found to finish this Bypass", says the blog post.
