Tbilisi. American Councils for
International Education and the Youth Parliament of Georgia launch the new
project - "New
Generation for Fair Elections". 40 youngsters will be selected within the
project framework, who will vote for the first time this year. They will hear
seminars on branches of government, political ideologies, election system
existing in the country, parliamentary, presidential and local self-government
elections, etc.
The project is implemented as
part of the alumni grants program of the "Future Leaders Exchange
Program" (FLEX), with
the financial support of the United States State Department.
