Samegrelo. Transparency International Georgia released a blog post - "Zugdidi Municipality's 2014 budget proposal”. "Zugdidi Municipality presented its 2014 draft budget to the public on November 18, 2013. The draft budget is quite well spelled out. Importantly it has taken into account the majority of Transparency International Georgia’s recommendations, concerning the public’s social spending priorities", says blog post.
