Tbilisi. On September 3
the National-Democratic Institute (NDI) has released the preliminary evaluation
of its long-term observer mission. The report covers the period of 3-27 August.
The mission members have visited 24 districts and held over 120 meetings with
the officials of the government and election administration, and
representatives of political parties, civil society and media.
NDI will observe the developments during the polling
day with approximately 20 short-term observer team.
