Disability Rights International published a research - "Left Behind - The Exclusion of Children and Adults with Disabilities fromReform and Rights Protection in the Republic of Georgia". This report documents policies and practices of the Republic of Georgia to examine the protection of rights of the country’s most vulnerable population: children with disabilities who are detained in institutions.
