Tbilisi. The Human Rights Center has released the interim report on the pre-election period of 2012 parliamentary elections. Monitoring has started since July 1, however the authors of the report note that the report also covers the events that took place before July 2012 and in view of their importance still have or already had impact on this or that stage of the election process.
