Tbilisi. The 2014 Action Strategy of the Children and Youth Development Fund was presented on January 21. As part of the event, university students have met with the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, the Director of the Children and Youth Development Fund, as well as other representatives of the Fund. Speakers have informed the students about programs and projects that the Fund intends to implement in 2014, and which students will be eligible to participate in.This year the Fund has developed new program priorities. Special focus was made on promotion of youngsters from socially unprotected families, with disabilities, and those living in the high mountainous or seashore regions. Further, the Fund will support the implementation of academic, educational and international projects.By cooperating with the Fund, students and youth organizations will have an opportunity to be employed within the scope of their own ideas, gain work experience, and receive remuneration. At the end of the meeting the speakers have answered youngster's questions.
