Samtskhe-Javakheti. The International Society for Fair
Elections and Democracy (ISFED) holds trainings of observers of the 1 October
2012 parliamentary elections in Samtskhe-Javakheti. The training is delivered
in the Akhaltsikhe Civic Engagement Center since September 12 and the
representatives of all six municipalities of the region (Akhaltsikhe,
Akhalkalaki, Aspindza, Adigeni, Borjomi, Ninotsminda) are attending it. The
training of observers will be completed in Samtskhe-Javakheti on September 17.
